In her own words
Born in Boston and raised in Rhode Island and Connecticut — a background that shaped a distinctly East Coast perspective before Southwest Florida became home.
My journey to becoming a lawyer and opening my own practice has been shaped by a deep commitment to advocacy, education, and a genuine passion for helping others.
After graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2006 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Management, I worked in various jobs in the music industry. My life trajectory changed when I saw Bryan Stevenson speak at Yale about his accomplished career. It was then that I discovered the best path I could take to help others.
In 2010, I enrolled at Charlotte School of Law, where I excelled academically before transferring to the University of Connecticut School of Law, where my passion for justice truly began to take shape.
During my time at UConn Law, I worked at the Children’s Advocacy Center, helping advocate for children in the foster system. I also taught high school students about the Constitution.
After law school, I clerked for Judge Anna Ficeto in the Hartford Family Court — one of the busiest courtrooms in Connecticut — observing hundreds of hearings and drafting court orders.
In 2016, I relocated to Southwest Florida and worked as a civil litigation paralegal at a well-respected firm in Naples. In 2021, I was admitted to the Florida Bar. My true passion is civil litigation, and in 2022 I transitioned into this area full-time.
Today, I am proud to open my own law firm with a singular mission: to make my clients’ lives better for having worked with me. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me — I look forward to working with you!
